Mrs. Obenachi Renner Jumbo hails from Umuagbai-Ndoki, Oyigbo Local Government Area of Rivers State. She had her primary education at Osusu Primary School in Aba, Abia State, secondary education at Archdeacon Crowther Memorial Girls School, Elelenwo in Port Harcourt, Rivers State and tertiary education at Enugu State University of Technology in Enugu, Enugu State where she bagged a Bachelor of Science (B.sc) degree certificate in Banking. She holds various professional certifications such as Fellow, Certified National Accountant (FCNA), Fellow, Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (FCTI), Fellow, Nigeria Institute of Management (Chartered)(FNIM) and Fellow, Chartered Certified Systems Accountant, Global(FCCSA USA). Obenachi Jumbo spent the first ten years of her work life in the Banking and Finance sector before joining the Federal Civil Service as a Senior Accountant in year 2000, where she has steadily progressed in her career to the very peak. She was promoted to Director in year 2023. Her career has spanned through a number of Federal Government establishments viz Federal Ministry of Power(2000), Ministry of Defence (2008), Federal Ministry of Mines and Steel Development (2015), Hydrocarbon Pollution Remediation Project (HYPREP) under the Federal Ministry of Environment (2019), and Police Account and Budget, Nigeria Police Force (NPF)(2023). In January 2024, she was posted to the Federal Ministry of Transportation/Marine and Blue Economy where she is presently the Director of Internal Audit. Obenachi Renner Jumbo is a phenomenal, remarkable, and spectacular personality who loves God wholeheartedly and delights in the welfare and well-being of humanity.
