The Department of General Services was established by the Office of the Head of Civil Service of the Federation as part of reorganization carried out to reduce the workload on the Human Resources Department.
Structure
The Department is structured into two Divisions:
i. General Services Division; and
ii. Maintenance Division

ii. Utility services;
iii. Store management;
iv. Facility management;
v. Maintenance services;
vi. Office allocation;
vii. Security;
viii. Plant; and
ix. Equipment management.
