Mr. Babatunde J. Sule is a graduate of the prestigious University of Ibadan with B. Sc. (Political  Science) and M. Sc (Public Administration)

He joined the Federal Public Service in the year 1990 and has in his four posting been the Assistant Director (Planning) in the Ministry of Petroleum Resources: the Deputy Director (Budget) in the Ministry of Mines and Steel Development; the Director (Civil Service Transformation) in the Office of the Head of the Civil Serivce of the Federation where he also doubles as the Team Lead (Culture Change Project Management Team of the Federal Civil Service Strategic Implementation Plan (FCSSIP) 2017-2020 and Coordinator of the Federal Civil Service Strategic Plan (FCSSIP) 2021-2025 and now the Director, Maritime Services, Federal Ministry of Transportation.

As a Team Lead of Culrute Change Management, he has lots of presentation on Culture Change Management dealing with such topics as:

i. Managing Culture in an Organization;
ii. On-Boarding the EPIC Culture;
iii. Leadership Roles in Culture Change Management;
iv. Communicating Change and Making it work in a Public Service, etc.

In sharpening and furthering his understanding and implementing needed changes in Public Service, Mr. Sule attended a week training on International Budgeting, Planning and management Reporting to Achieve Sustainable Development Goals.
