OTEH, PIUS IMOISTIKEME

Oteh who was born, 18th November, 1966 is currently serving as the Director, Legal services in the Federal Ministry of Transportation, Abuja, Nigeria. He was called to the Nigerian Bar as a Solicitor and Advocate of the Supreme Court of Nigeria in 1989. His quest for education spans out as follows:

Oteh has always had a way with words and he is never known to lose an argument or plea for a cause. It is, therefore not surprising that he was the Lead Speaker Obafemi Awolowo University Debating Team, 1996 to 1988. He was also winner, Club Alpha All – Nigeria Universities Oraratory Competition, 1996. Similarly, he was second Best Overall Speaker, Teslim Elias International Law Moot Competition, Lagos, 1988 and elected Chairman/Lord Advocate Campus Chambers, Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife,     1987 – 1988.
He is a member of professional bodies such as: Nigerian Bar Association, Nigerian Institute of Chartered Arbitrators,
International Society for the Reform of Criminal Law, Vancouver, Canada and International Association of Prosecutors.
He is happily married with children and speaks Igbo and Yoruba fluently.
